Another Sun, Another Omelette.

So you guys get it by now.  The first thing I’ve been doing most mornings is try to make a master omelette.  If I were this were a cooking book, we’d be past the introduction and first chapter.  Unlike some IKEA instructions, I think visual instructions are more effective.  So here was this morning’s process along with all The Greatest Hits.  And thus ends, /The Era of  the Omelette, for the time being…

The Return of The King.  Crushed tarot/sweet potato chips, portabello mushroom, cherry tomatoes, asparagus heads, onions, cauliflower, shredded gouda.

Add gouda cheese.  Set & flip.

The RuPaul.  Maple roasted pine nuts, fresh garlic, sliced grape tomatoes, mushroom slices, low-fat melted brie, sprinkled on the outside with basil, sea salt and a beet tarot chip.

The RuPaul Redux.  Maple roasted pinenuts, zucchini, sliced cherry tomatoes, cauliflower, asparagus heads, cannabis, gouda strips, sage, onion and chili flakes, deck’d out with a beet tarot chip.

The Charley Horse. Chopped bok choy, mushrooms, cauliflower, broccoli, grape tomatoes, roasted pine nuts and Tilamook cheddar.

And the FIRST one I made upon coming home, The Fantastia Omelette.  Portabello mushroom, fresh basil, shredded gruyere, cherry tomatoes and sprinkled on the outside with pepitas (pumpkin seeds), onion flakes and paprika.
